Currently, the "The Fishing Cabin" is the only cabin on Springwater Farm that is available for rent at this time.
"The Chalet" is currently rented out to a private party and will be added to this site when it becomes available again.
Rates: "The Fishing Cabin"
$100.00 per night for two people, additional $10.00 per night per person, maximum four people.
5.3% Virginia Sales Tax, 5% Highland County Lodging Tax applies.
Minimum stay two nights.
Damage/Cleaning Deposit: $50.00 [fully refunded if all is left in good order.]
Reservations
Reservations are reguired. Payment in full secures reservation. Payment in cash or personal check only. $50.00 Damage/Cleaning Deposit should be written on separate check. If left clean, this check will be returned to you.
Once payment is secured, guest will receive an emailed or texted confirmation.
Cancellations are refunded at 75% if made seven days or more in advance of scheduled arrival.
Arrival time will be agreed upon reservation so we can meet with you and help you get settled. Checkout is no later than 4:00PM on last day.
NO SMOKING inside the cabins, and no glass off of the deck area. No firearm shooting permitted anywhere on site. No dirtbikes, 4-wheelers, drones or RC aircraft. Sorry, cabins are not currently handicapped accessible.
Fishing
Fishing is Catch and Release only. Please inquire if you want to fix a shore lunch or keep any fish.
