Our Property
"The Fishing Cabin" current rates are $100.00 per night, two night minimum for two people. Additional guests are $10.00 each with a maximum occupancy of four people. [Plus 5% Highland County Transient Occupancy Tax and 5.3% Virginia State Sales Tax]
If you would like to stay longer than four nights, please call us for special discounted rates.

 BedroomFull size bed in bedroom, and twin bunk beds in main room [see photo below]. Bathroom with hot shower adjoins the bedroom.  Bullpasture RiverOver 3000ft of the Bullpasture River runs through the pastures of Springwater Farm, offering wading and kayaking oportunities.
